Dear His Holiness Patriarch Bartholomew of Constantinople

I am Pope Patriarch Elijah from Jerusalem, secular name Prof. Giuseppe Savazzi.

As a ministry of God, I appreciate your wonderful divine inspiration for the work of your ministry in the world.

As a missionary, I met Mother Teresa of Calcutta in India 33 times and she told me: "One person touched by the Holy Spirit is worth more than all the gold in the world". After hearing these words my life has changed completely.

You just have to believe: when you meet a man or woman of God even for a few seconds, your life will never be the same, because by that time God will bless you forever, from that moment the place that you will touch is holy because YOU are holy.

My friend Mother Teresa of Calcutta always said to me: "Like Jesus, we belong to the world, living not for ourselves but for others. The joy of the Lord is our strength. There is only one God and He is God to all; therefore it is important that everyone is seen as equal before God. I’ve always said we should help a Hindu become a better Hindu, a Muslim become a better Muslim, a Catholic become a better Catholic”.

We believe our work should be our example to people. Knowing themselves in order to progress spiritually, the humans rarely have an objective opinion of themselves, and this is just as true of those on a spiritual path. Even those who are highly evolved can be frightened by the immensity of Divine Science, by just how far they are from the goal they must reach; they feel wretched, and the poor opinion they have of themselves paralyses them.

The only truth we have in common beyond the name of religion is ushering in the Kingdom of God here on Earth.

I hope to meet you with the hope to work together for the same mission of God.

I put at the feet of the Lord Jesus this request, amen.

While staying in Chicago, to receive the first prize of the Rotary International Foundation for the creation of the "Rotary Youth International Orchestra", I thought up a new kind of Orchestra able to perform four functions: Spread a message of brotherhood and friendship by means of the universal language of music Awake the love for music and culture in today’s youth Offer an opportunity of professional fulfillment to young musicians, nevertheless hosting performances of reknown musicians Perform humanitarian actions in the public interest Mission and international action - The Rotary International Orchestra. Each individual is special. Divine Intelligence created such a diversity of creatures, and we must not try to put them all on one level and make them all the same. Everyone has the right to express their differences, their originality, provided they are in tune with the whole, as in an orchestra. What a difference there is in shape, material and sound between the violin, cello, piano, oboe, flute, harp, trumpet, cymbals and bass drum! But out of this diversity is born a perfect harmony in Jesus Christ.

Hermanamiento Rotary Club Cartago (Costa Rica) con Rotary Club Torino Collina (Italia)

Estimados compañeros Rotarios:

En nuestro Club “Jesús entró en el Club Rotario de Cartago”,   anoche nos brindó una charla sobre este tema el  Prof.  Giuseppe Savazzi, quien es Rotario del Club de Torino-Collina Italia.   El además es conocido como “Patriarca Elías de Jerusalem”, el no nos habló de religión, sí nos habló de Jesús y de su experiencia de vida en donde su propia vida se ha visto en riesgo y a través de esto ha tomado la misión de hablar de Jesús a través de su música.  Tiene como proyecto de que a través de la música alejar de las drogas y de la prostitución  a los niños y jóvenes que se encuentran en riesgo social, este proyecto ya lo ha realizado en Venezuela.  El es un prestigioso Director de Orquesta y  en 1989-1990 organizó la fundación de la Orquesta de Jóvenes de Rotary Internacional.  En esta reunión  hubo intercambio de banderines y se hizo un convenio de cooperación ( hermanamiento) entre los clubes de Cartago y de Torino Collina Italia. (Se adjuntan fotos de estos dos actos).

Adjunto el  curriculum en español  e inglés de este compañero Rotario que estará en Costa Rica del 23 de febrero al 23 de marzo del 2011.
