I thought up a new kind of Orchestra able to perform five functions:

1. Spread a message of brotherhood and friendship by means of the universal language of music
2. Awake the love for music and culture in today’s youth
3. Offer an opportunity of professional fulfillment to young musicians, nevertheless hosting performances of reknown musicians
4. Perform humanitarian actions in the public interest
5. Evangelistic mission in the world
